Whether it’s through Facebook, Twitter, blogs, or review

sites, such as Yelp, our patients have the power to

express their opinion on the level of care we provide.

Given the relevance of these platforms in today’s

society, it is important that we put our best foot forward

in all aspects of service excellence.

Take a look at a couple of reviews that we received for

the care we provide:

“Thank you to all the amazing doctors and nurses

who have taken care of me this past week! <3”

“Kidney surgery at Los Robles in 1990, they were very

good to me…”

“Thank you Los Robles Hospital for the best labor,

delivery and postpartum experience!”

“My mother stayed here for a few weeks and I have

to say that I was very impressed with the service

that was given. Not only were the nurses attentive

to my mother and her needs, they were also very

courteous with my father and the rest of the family.

They were very respectful and knew when it was the

right time to talk to us and when they should leave

us to our thoughts.”

“Excellent hospital - came here for the care of my ill

toddler and from doctors to nurses and staff were

very professional, quick and efficient. ER could use a

little more help to expedite their patient evaluation

from doctor however, they were very compassionate

and caring for my toddler and also very friendly.

Hospital is clean, well equipped and full of very

helpful and knowledgeable staff. Grateful to have

this place locally.”

Wednesday, July 24th was a day to remember for one

of our patients and his loved ones. Family, friends and

hospital employees gathered around the 88-year-old

man’s hospital bed as it was wheeled out to our main

lobby for a special surprise. The USC Trojan fan was

about to be serenaded by the USC Marching Band. It

wasn’t long before trombones, trumpets, drums and a

tuba swung into action as 10 members of USC’s marching

band paraded into our main lobby. Our Westlake Village

fan joined in tapping his fingers to the beat of the music,

as family and friends joined him in singing USC’s Alma

Matter. The presentation was organized by the patient’s

daughter who wanted to give “the greatest Trojan of them

all” the farewell he deserved. Our patient was discharged

on Wednesday afternoon shortly after the tribute. Family

and friends were left feeling overjoyed and peaceful

knowing that they gave their beloved Trojan fan a tribute

that was just right.
