Four classes that help pre-
pare you and your partner
for childbirth and postpartum
at Los Robles Hospital &
Medical Center. The series
includes an overview of
labor and the labor process,
relaxation strategies and
the management of normal
labor; identifying the active
signs of labor, all about
C-sections, and interventions
such as pain medications,
labor inductions and other
medical procedures; all
about your newborn’s
behavior and basic baby care
including diapering, dressing,
handling and bathing; and
postpartum, becoming a
family and helping your
newborn transition to the
outside world.
